It has been 101 years since the first manifesto of surrealism. Few things influence the contemporary art scene as much as fantastic and illusory images, work with the subconscious, interspecies communication, esotericism, dreams, and visions. The power of imagination has not been destroyed during wars, totalitarian regimes, or by the current digital autism. The exhibition is held on the 100th anniversary of the birth of Ladislav Novák, the poet and artist. It also strives to contextualize the little-known work of the recently deceased intellectual tempter, esotericist, artist, and educator Jiří Havlíček.
